Adeyemi Asaleye Co-Founder & Technical Director

Adeyemi is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder with special responsibility of technical overseer of all the company projects from initial design through to the commissioning. He has a post graduate certificate in Renewable Energy and Energy Management from the University of Ulster (UK), an advanced professional training certificate in Renewable Energies from the Bulgarian ministry of Energy & Technology (Germany) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Solar Energy from Bowen University Iwo (Nigeria). He has attended several local and international renewable energy training and he always educate himself on improving his renewable energy technical know-how.
His tenacious and proactive approach has resulted in numerous important contract wins for the company. His excellent energy management skills has provided several clients with energy bills reduction and efficient uninterrupted power supply and his technicalities has given the organization a reputable name with good integrity in the renewable energy industry both nationally and internationally. Outside of work, Adeyemi plays Lawn Tennis and in love with anything technical/mechanical.

Damilola Asaleye Chief Operation Officer & Co-Founder

Damilola has responsibilities within the company as Marketing, Sales and Operation, Solar Academy Director. She is currently doing her PhD. in Energy Engineering with the MeSSO Research Group, Cork Institute of Technology (Ireland). She has a Master of Science degree in Physics from University of Ibadan (Nigeria) with specialty in Meteorology and Atmospheric Physics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Solar Energy from Bowen University Iwo (Nigeria). She has research publications centered on renewable energy and continues to improve her cognition of energy research and industry. Her knowledge of the energy industry and ability to develop client relationships has resulted in annual increase in business renewals for the organization. Damilola has been named one the foremost women in renewable energy Nigeria by the Environment Africa Group and Environment Africa Magazine.
She is a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) ambassador and has inspired several young people to choose STEM path; through mentoring, tutoring and presentations. She uses her experience to train and educate her community on benefits of energy management. She aims to reduce her country’s dependency on fossil fuel through energy management and renewable energy awareness. Away from solar energy, Damilola is a dedicated family woman and passionate photographer.
