Damilola Asaleye

Damilola Asaleye is a Co-Founder, the Chief Operating Officer and lead academy instructor of Ashdam Solar Academy. Damilola is a beneficiary of GIZ German Training Week on Solar PV commercial and Industrial applications project development, a beneficiary of GIZ/NESP training of trainers of BEMORE Empowered Foundation – Focus on best practices in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, she is an ECOWAS Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) certified solar thermal trainer from Cenre for Renewable Energy AND Industrial Maintenance (CERMI) Cape Verde,  a certified GIZ/NESP trainer on solar PV installation supervision/mini grid development and she has extensive experience in developing and implementing training bringing relevant and required skills for women in the clean energy sector. Damilola is an Enel Foundation Open Africa Fellow, a Robert Bosch Alumni and an Ashoka Change Maker Fellow. Damilola has been named an Energy Transition role model for women by the Global Women’s Network for Energy Transition, a foremost woman in Renewable Energy in Nigeria by Environment Magazine, an Energy Actor by Schneider Electric Foundation Energy Action Project and received the energy professional award for the year 2018 by the Nigeria Energy Award.

Damilola is the founder and executive director of Girls and Women Technological Empowerment Organisation (GWTEO) and currently enrolled at the Florence School of Regulation for the course Regulation for Sustainable Development Goal 7 under the Open Africa Power 2020 (OAP20) and Enel Foundation Scholarship. Damilola is concluding her PhD. in Energy Engineering with the MeSSO Research Group, Cork Institute of Technology (Ireland), has a Master of Science degree in Physics from University of Ibadan (Nigeria) with specialty in Meteorology and Atmospheric Physics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Solar Energy from Bowen University Iwo (Nigeria). She has international research publications centered on renewable energy and continues to improve her cognition of energy research and industry.

 

Adeyemi Asaleye

Adeyemi Asaleye is a Co-Founder and CEO of Ashdam Solar Co. Ltd. with special responsibility of technical overseer of all the company projects from initial design through to the commissioning. Adeyemi is a beneficiary of the NESP/GIZ Solar Photovoltaic Supervisors and Installers program from National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN). He is a beneficiary of The USAID Nigeria Power Sector Program (NPSP) Training for Technical Consultants to support Technical Due Diligence Process for Mini Grids. He is a certified GIZ/NESP trainer on solar PV installation supervision/mini grid development. He has an Advanced Professional Training Certificate in Renewable Energies from the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy & Technology (Germany).

Adeyemi was the rural solar power consultant for International Organisation for Migration (IOM) Nigeria. He is a beneficiary of Small & Medium Entreprises Development Agency of Nigeria on Promoting Access to Renewable Energy. He has attended several local and international renewable energy training and he always educate himself on improving his renewable energy technical know-how. He is a certified Domestic and Industrial Electrical Installer through the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity, Nigeria Standard Trade Test Certification.

He has a post graduate certificate in Renewable Energy and Energy Management from the University of Ulster (UK), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Solar Energy from Bowen University Iwo (Nigeria).

 

Adetayo Adeboye

Adetayo Adeboye is the Founder/CEO of Fourthman Global Concept Nigeria Limited, a world class HSE Management Hub. He is the CEO of BOTABAB Integrated Services, an organization that produces quality concrete and civil works. He has a B.Sc Physics with Electronics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria, a B.Sc in Statistics from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a M.Sc. in Energy Technology & Management from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Adetayo is a certified Energy Manager and Safety Trainer at Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company – IBEDC. He is UKHSE Certified on First Aid Responder, Risk Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment. Adetayo has attended several local and international health and safety training and he always educate himself on improving his skills in HSE. He is a member of Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (MISPN), a member of Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (MCAI) and a member, Rotary Club Ibadan. Adetayo is a Board of Trustee Member, Stefred Global Empowerement Foundation (NGO), a Board of Trustee Member, Christ Home Pentecostal Ministry and an ordained Assistant Pastor (CSR), RCCG JESUS COMPASS (The young Professionals’ Church)

 

Ayodeji Omoliki

Ayodeji Omoliki is an energy management researcher at the solar energy research and application center, Bowen University Iwo. He is a university lecturer with eight years of teaching experience and possesses thirteen years experience in training and installation of renewable energy systems. His passion for renewable energy got him a spot to be trained by the Energy Commission of Nigeria on Fabrication and Installation of rural renewable energy equipment. He is a beneficiary of the NESP/GIZ training of trainers on best practices on renewable energy and energy efficiency. He is a certified GIZ/NESP trainer on solar PV installation supervision/mini grid development.

Ayodeji is a graduate of Physics and Solar Energy from Bowen University, he has a Master of Science degree in Physics from University of Ibadan, he is a certified project manager from Agile Project Management Consortium, United States and currently studying to become a Certified Energy Manager at the Schneider Energy University.
