Ashdam Solar Academy On – Demand training is a program tailored to fit individual or organizations requirements such as customized course contents, customized time frame, personal coaching and unique training requisites for organization.
Physical/On Site Courses
Ashdam Solar Academy physical/on site courses are trainings held at our training facility. Training is delivered in a class setting where participants can work with equipment and software.
Blended Courses
Ashdam Solar Academy blended courses combine virtual learning with classroom/ face to face learning. This allows participants of our courses to initially explore course subjects in a world class online environment, then proceed to presence-based training at our training facility.
Online Courses
Ashdam Solar Academy online courses are self paced and facilitator led virtual courses. These courses are designed to help participants learn online, from anywhere, at their own-pace.
Solar Apprenticeship Programs
The Solar Apprenticeship Program is a six months training program that allows participants to have relevant workplace experience and skills. Participants of this program get to train at Ashdam Solar Co. Ltd as an apprentice and learn the skills required to be employable in the industry or start their own solar business.
Solar Queen Program
Ashdam Solar Academy in Collaboration with Girls and Women Technological Empowerment Organisation – GWTEO (www.gwteo.org) offer partial or full scholarship for women to participate in Ashdam Solar Academy trainings.
