Ashdam Solar Academy programs are designed to ensure participants can start working in the industry immediately after concluding our programs. Our Alumni Mentorship and Support Program is available for continuous support to participants.

Participants enrolled under the solar apprenticeship program get to work on several live job sites during their programs. Other participants wanting to go to live job sites have the opportunity through the Alumni Mentorship and Support Program or can avail the On Demand Program.

Through the Alumni Mentorship and Support Program, participants of our training receive constant support, internship opportunities, job referrals, on-site engagements, opportunities for grants, fellowships, access to expert coaching to qualify for grants and advisory sessions with professionals to help them start or grow their businesses and be employable in the renewable energy industry. Participants also have the opportunity to partake in nationally recognized certification exams on SPVI, SPVIS and MDG through the GIZ – Nigeria Energy Support Program platform.
